Who are you?<\/strong>
Hi, I\u2019m Hunter Love! I\u2019m a writer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Portland, Oregon. I love to create across genres like Pop, Hip-Hop, and Soul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Music is my way of connecting with people, and I\u2019m always exploring new ways to make those connections deeper and more meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How has working with Marmoset impacted you?<\/strong>
Working with Marmoset has been such an incredible experience. The level of support and artist development they provide is something you can\u2019t find just anywhere. They\u2019ve been instrumental in shaping my career. Every song I create feels like it has a whole team behind it, helping make sure it resonates with the right people in the right way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marmoset has truly opened doors for me. Thanks to them, I\u2019m building a sustainable music career that\u2019s allowing me and my wife to make one of our biggest dreams come true: buying a home! That kind of life-changing impact is something I\u2019ll always be grateful for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowing that my music is being used in projects all over the world is such an amazing feeling\u2014it fuels my creativity and gives me the confidence to keep going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the placement you\u2019ve done with Marmoset that you\u2019re most proud of?<\/strong>
One of the most exciting moments was when Laika Studios, right here in Portland, used my song \u201cDrip Drop\u201d for the 10th anniversary of ParaNorman. They created a special stop-motion video of Norman dancing to the song, and I couldn\u2019t believe it! I\u2019ve been a huge fan of Laika\u2019s films\u2014from ParaNorman to Coraline to The Boxtrolls\u2014so seeing one of my songs in their work was a total dream come true. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fact that Justin Rasch, an animator I\u2019ve always admired, was behind the project made it even more surreal. It\u2019s moments like that that remind me why I love doing what I do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
