In our collaboration with <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/futureofstorytelling.org\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Future of StoryTelling<\/a> Summit (FoST), we present 5 films that will change how we approach storytelling.<\/p>\n<p>FoST is an innovative two-day event that brings together storytellers in different mediums into a large conversation of ideas. Share your thoughts by <strong>commenting below<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Margaret Atwood <\/strong>\u2014&nbsp;A State of Wonder: <em>How Technology Shapes Story<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>In this amazing animation by <strong>Drew Christie<\/strong>, award-winning author and activist, <strong>Margaret Atwood<\/strong> embraces technology and how it can elevate how we tell stories. She mentions how the digital platform can even inspire content itself while sites like <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wattpad.com\/signup\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wattpad<\/a> are connecting tens of millions of authors and readers. Phil Chen<\/strong> \u2014 Virtual Agency: <em>Unlocking VR&#8217;s Potential<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Phil Chen<\/strong>, the Chief Content Officer for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.htcvr.com\/\">HTC&#8217;s Vive<\/a> opens the film by stating &#8220;Virtual reality is a tool, much like a novel that allows us to explore our humanity.&#8221; We agree with this statement wholeheartedly. Neuroscientist and Founder of <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/lottolab.org\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lotto Lab<\/a>, <strong>Beau Lotto<\/strong> believes that we don&#8217;t really see the real world &#8212; just our perception of it. Glen Keane <\/strong>\u2014&nbsp;Step Into The Page<\/h3>\n<p>After nearly four decades of animating iconic characters in <strong>The Little Mermaid<\/strong>, <strong>Beauty and the Beast<\/strong>, and <strong>Tarzan<\/strong>, <strong>Disney<\/strong> artist, Glen Keane is now using new tools to further his art and storytelling.
