Artist Snapshot
Gabriele Acquafredda, aka AQUAFREDDA, is a 21-year-old young man from southern Italy. Born in 2000, he started taking trumpet and bass lessons at a very young age, until he got into electronic music and synthesizer production at the age of 13. In 2022 he opens his new project “AQUAFREDDA” with an aesthetic and sound completely inspired by the past. In September he releases his debut EP as AQUAFREDDA - Mr. Groove, inspired by disco and nu-funk milestones Giorgio Moroder, Earth Wind & Fire, Dabeull etc. He is currently a student of sound engineering at the Bari Conservatory of Music and collaborates with local talent for his music project.
