Candura
Candura is a brand new band consisting of vocalist Gabriela Garrubo, drummer Sigmund Vestrheim, keyboardist Ole Petter Ålgård, bassist Leo Geller, guitarist Aksel Undset and musical director Erlend Mokkelbost (JR Ewing, Montée, Orbits). The band’s music is a blend of Brazilian musical forms such as bossa nova, tropicália and samba, mixed with more contemporary and western styles including indie, disco and club music. They create warm, heartfelt and danceable music that is simply impossible not to move around and smile to.
