Like D'Angelo's the Vanguard, straight outta the rural Norwegian countryside, Norwegian 7-piece Fieh are ready to unleash the follow-up to their 2019 debut album. Cold Water Burning Skin was fittingly described as “future soul” by God Is in the TV and “left field R&B” by Clash Magazine, and the band continues in the same vein, although simultaneously broadening their spectrum. The powerful ensemble, known for their ecstatic live shows, consists of a group of friends that have been playing together for a long time, constantly honing their sound and skills. Being hugely talented musicians, they function effortlessly together as a super tight unit, where each member brings his or her taste and influences into the mix.
