Fuzzy Future Self was formed in Tulsa, OK during quarantine of 2020 by Kylie Slabby and C.M. Rodriguez. The duo blend a raucous garage rock with a tinge of 90s grunge and the sardonic lyrics of Slabby. The project is a celebration of feminine power (Loud as I Wanna Be), a jest at the celebrity lifestyle culture (Kind of a Big Deal) and a yearning for the return of karaoke night (Karaoke Queen).
