Howard Surrey
Howard Surrey was a talented vocalist whose musical career led him to become part of the celebrated singing troupe Up with People during its formative years in the mid-1960s. Surrey performed with the group as it brought energetic, historical and motivational music to audiences across the country and beyond. Surrey’s involvement with Up with People placed him within one of the era’s most distinctive large-scale vocal ensembles and touring musical movements. Fervor Records is now home to the Up With People catalogue.
