Guitarist & producer Jimmy Haynes was the first person from Barbados to win a Grammy for his production and arrangement work on the 1985 album ‘Babylon the Bandit’ by British Roots Reggae band Steel Pulse. Credited on over 30 records from the 70s through the 90s, he is perhaps best known for playing lead guitar in the band Aswad.
