Luca Tomassini is a contemporary film music composer and former ukulele player born in Rome, Italy. He grew up studying piano, showing a keen interest for the music of Claude Debussy and Erik Satie. Late on he became popular among the ukulele community under the artist name of Jontom. He extensively performed the instrument worldwide also being featured at the 41st Edition of the Ukulele Festival Hawai'i as a solo artist. His music style can be described as a blend of extremely different cultures such as the impressionism mixed with acoustic raw instruments, cutting edge synthesizers and pure cinematic energy.
