Mike McFadden has been making music since the early 1960s, evolving from Phoenix rock and surf bands to the acclaimed psychedelic group Super Fine Dandelion and later Chief Root Wizard, who shared stages with icons including Janis Joplin. After relocating to Los Angeles, he co-founded Elton Duck with Mike Condello and Micki Steele, earning an Arista Records deal through legendary A&R man Bud Scoppa. Following Elton Duck, he formed The Truly Desperate and continued writing and recording. Fervor Records is proud to preserve and share Mike McFadden's remarkable musical legacy.
