Portland, Oregon’s Miss Rayon was started by Detroit/Flint Michigan-area native, Eric Sabatino, after years playing with numerous Portland bands (Appendixes, Cat Hoch Band, Vexations, and Bryson Cone, to name a few) left him craving a project where he could follow his personal influences. Residing somewhere on the spectrum between New York no wave and Manchester post-punk, one can hear influences as broad as Sonic Youth, Yoko Ono, ESG and Magazine.
