San Francisco's Nyles Lannon has released several solo albums of "lo-fi" bedroom pop, earning him “One of the Best Albums of the Year” from the SF Guardian, and “Best Folktronica Artist” from the SF Weekly. He is an original member of the shoegaze band Film School, where his reverb-drenched melodic guitar work is featured prominently, and recently opened for Pavement on their last tour. He also played in the rock band Rogue Wave and has a new project of spacey indie rock with his son called Nyte Skye, their debut being released this year on Sonic Ritual records.
