The Blue Echoes
RockThe Blue Echoes were among Michigan's pioneering rock and roll bands, forming in Lansing in the late 1950s. Blending rockabilly, early rock, and doo-wop influences, the group became a fixture on the Midwest dance circuit and released a string of independent singles over the following decades. Led by songwriter Larry Palmiter, The Blue Echoes earned recognition as one of Michigan's longest-running bands and were later inducted into the Michigan Rock and Roll Legends Hall of Fame. Their vintage recordings now reside in the Fervor Records archives.
