A true child of the 90s, Seattle composer Dan Koch (Show Pony, Sherwood) was born just a little too late to have experienced 80s pop during its heyday, but that didn’t stop him from falling in love with vintage drum machines, warm analog synths, and blipping sequencers later in adulthood. The Unremembered 80s is Koch’s chance to dive deep into those early electronic waters, painstakingly recreating that nostalgic sound.
