Bloomington, IN has a fabled music history peppered with underground pop icons. Aura Weaver is next to take that torch - and they do it with measurable artistic aplomb. Stunningly angelic yet angular triple vocal arrangements dominate this chamber folk / post-rock hybrid. But piano sneaks in as a surprisingly weighty rhythmic friend to avant-garde guitar textures. This is a young band in their most protean and creative time - and we are stoked about it!
