Elgie Brown
Elgie Brown, born & bred in Shreveport, Louisiana, was a pioneer in the Swamp rock-flavored sounds of early Soul and R&B. Elgie was a central figure in the Ram Records story, working closely with Myra Smith and Maggie Lewis. His music has been featured in hit shows such as NCIS, used by global brands such as Saucony, and his song "Let Me Feel It" is included on the award-winning soundtrack to the film "Green Book."
