Now residing in Pinella County, Florida at the age of 87, Daryl's songs, penned by his own hand, were recorded back in 1973 and remained unheard for half a century. Reminiscent of the early works of Willie Nelson and Mickey Gillis, Daryl's voice carries a touch of John Denver's charm. These precious recordings, recently unearthed from the original 2-track master tape, had been tucked away in his closet, waiting to be discovered and enjoyed once more.
