The Spiffs exploded onto the burgeoning Phoenix, AZ Punk scene in 1979. Formed by singer/songwriter, Glenn De Jongh, the band also featured drummer Steve Golladay and guitarist Don Doiron. The Spiffs quickly gained notoriety for their wild antics both on stage and off. Their live show included blazing chainsaws, lots of fan interaction in the mosh pit, and plenty of Punk irreverence towards the audience. Fervor Records has acquired the band’s catalog and is proud to offer up the official re-issue of The Spiffs’ sole effort “Don’t Waste Your Money On This Garbage.”
