Oregonian Will Mehigan is chill. Super chill. In fact he goes by Chilly Willy. Producing electronic music with no parameters besides the skull that holds his brain, Chilly Willy's songs aren't worried about fitting in. Each song is like dancing on an ever-changing dance floor. First your feet bounce off astro-turf, then pitter-patter through puddles, wade through clouds, then are illuminated by pulsing neon lights. His reservoir of fun music is overflowing with an intriguing variety of instrumentation and feel but no matter how eclectic, it'll always be chill.
