This 7-inch single of Northern Soul goodness features a funky drum/conga intro to kick off "Pamla Lamour" that rides into a light and breezy number that swings deeply. And make note of the saxophone on "Tea and Understanding" - it's a harbinger of all the romantic and jazzy sax solos that would come in the 1970s.
