An English born Jamaican, James Renford picked up his first instrument at school at the age of 8. Upon first listen, his teacher sent a note home on his report card urging him to pursue music. James was then inspired to begin a musical career that led him to record and perform with world renowned reggae and r&b acts. On display here, Renford's pop-inspired modern dance rhythms are laced with intoxicatingly smooth sax lines and alluring piano stabs. Get down.
