Janice Rossen is Senior Research Fellow at the Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center at the University of Texas. Her years of being without a piano gave her the excuse to seize upon any stray piano languishing in a cafe. In this way, Janice has developed a repertoire of cheerful cafe music: French, American and English traditional folk songs, Medieval and Renaissance dance tunes, Celtic jigs, ballads and more.
