Joanna Katcher’s natural state of being is when she’s producing songs full of homemade samples, strange time signatures, dreamy synths, and huge percussion. She’s always seeking the most unique harmonic and melodic ideas, making intricate and unexpected movement a trademark of her production style. Native to Oregon, Katcher spent ten years in Brooklyn before landing in Los Angeles, surrounding herself with inspired musicians along the way.
