A guitarist from Chicago, Larry Blasingaine played with Jackie Wilson as well as produced his tours along with other Brunswick Records artists. Larry left Brunswick to work as a record producer with Clarence Johnson and was called in to help finish producing and mixing the Brighter Side of Darkness LP among other Chicago soul acts. He was also the guitarist on the very first Jackson Five recording in 1967.
