Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Tyrone Thomas is a singer who recorded under the name of Little Tommy. Forty eight years have passed since “Baby Can't You See” was originally released. Now a sought after record in Northern Soul circles, used copies consistently change hands for well over a thousand dollars. Afterwards Little Tommy worked with legendary producer Swamp Dogg to record the album Wolfmoon, and then recorded with The Whole Darn Family, whose “Seven Minutes of Funk” was sampled by Grandmaster Flash, Kurtis Blow, EPMD, Jay-Z, and more.
