Lupa Rosa is a modernized Americana band from Northern California, incorporating cavernous electric guitars and synths into the acoustic, lyrical and melodious hallmarks of American folk. A multi-vocalist band that draws from traditional folk elements of the 60’s, yacht rock sounds from the 70’s and synth textures of the 80s, Lupa Rosa feels both immediate and warmly nostalgic, an amalgam of Nick Drake, Fleetwood Mac, and the National, but with their own distinct flare.
