Dayton, KY residents Mike Montgomery and Kelley Deal (most notably of The Breeders) come together as R. Ring. The music is a nod to the early eclectic indie rock spirit from the 90's, ranging dynamically from soft acoustics to grunge grit ridden guitars. All above it is sparse, chaotic, abrasive and lulling.
