Case Study: Ground Media x GLAAD’s “Here We Are”

Marmoset recently had the opportunity to partner with Ground Media to provide music for a transformative project with GLAAD.

The project, called “Here We Are,” is aimed at advancing transgender rights by focusing on the crucial first step: shifting public opinion. Combining research, storytelling, and video production, the project resulted in an interactive web experience and compelling PSA video campaign designed to foster greater social acceptance.

This case study details how this unique project came together, and explores the impact music can make in a PSA setting. Featuring insights from David Rochkind, Founder and CEO of Ground Media, José Maldonado, Creative Partnerships Director at Marmoset, and Nadya, one of the GLAAD PSA participants. 

In celebration of this project, Marmoset has made a $1,000 contribution to GLAAD to continue to support the work they do.
