11/18 – Marmoset Fall Panel: Exploring Copyright + PRO

We’re excited to announce our upcoming Fall Panel as part of our ongoing commitment to Artist Education. On Wednesday, November 18th from 6:30 to 9:30 we’ll be hosting three wonderful panelists at the Marmoset Studio (2105 SE 7th Avenue) for a night discussing Performing Rights Organizations, Royalties, Copyright, and protecting your music.

Let’s meet the panel members…

Nan Wilson of Manage Ad Music // Nan Wilson started MAM in 2000 with the idea of merging together the primary facets of commercial music royalty collection. Years of advertising experience with agencies, music production and media buying had revealed new, more efficient methods for collecting music royalties not yet pursued within the industry. She’s now known as a visionary and continues to lead the charge for new tech possibilities in commercial music royalty collection and administration.

Tracie Verlinde of BMI // Tracie Verlinde is the Assistant Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations for BMI in Los Angeles. She is responsible for affiliating artists, bands, songwriters and publishers.

Ehren Ebbage (Musician) // Ehren Ebbage of Seattle, WA has extensive experience as an independent musician. He’s been a longtime songwriter and has experience with placement royalties.

Our Co-Founder and Executive Producer, Ryan Wines will lead the discussion. He has experience with Copyright Infringements, Royalty collection and the management of bands first hand.

Due to the small size of our space, we will only have a limited number of seats available. If you’d like to join us, and can commit to coming out, please RSVP HERE.
