As part of Marmoset’s overarching purpose, Be Community, we invest 10% of all profits (from our share, never the artists’) in nonprofits and organizations enacting real, positive change in our community and beyond. Every quarter, we partner up with organizations fighting for social, environmental and educational equity.

Marmoset is all about making a positive impact, and we’re proud to support our community both near and far. In Q2 of 2024, we invested $15,250 in seven different organizations, with the majority of our investments focused on groups that advocate for US policy change. Check out the amazing non-profits we contributed to:
- Jewish Voice for Peace: Marmoset invested $3,250 in JVP, an American Jewish advocacy organization that is critical of Israel’s occupation of the Palestinian territories, and supports the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions campaign against Israel.
- Transgender Law Center: We invested $3,250 in the Transgender Law Center, the largest trans-led civil rights organization in the US. They started as California’s first statewide transgender legal group and now work nationwide for a trans-led movement for liberation.
- US Campaign for Palestinian Rights: We donated $3,250 to USCPR, which advocates for the freedom of the Palestinian people as part of collective liberation.
- APANO: We gave $3,250 to APANO. APANO brings together Asians and Pacific Islanders to build power, develop leaders, and advance equity through organizing, advocacy, and cultural work.
- Save the Music: We contributed $250 to Save The Music, an organization that funds programs to help students, schools, and communities reach their full potential through the power of making music.
Client Donations
- GLAAD: We invested $1,000 in GLAAD, a non-profit focused on LGBTQ advocacy and cultural change. GLAAD ensures fair and inclusive representation and creates programs that advance LGBTQ acceptance.
- CALM: We donated $1,000 to the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), which works to unite the UK against suicide.
