A title that’s simple and straight to the point, A Film About Coffee is about something we can all rally around. Our buddies at Avocados and Coconuts + director Brandon Loper have created this beautiful ode to that sweet nectar that we so desperately crave in the morning…well, all the time actually.

With footage in a myriad of different locations like San Francisco, Portland, Honduras, New York City, Rwanda, Boston, Japan, Seattle, Santa Cruz and Los Angeles, this film presents the complex process behind the production of coffee. Not only is this movie visually striking, it also presents vivid cultural stories of how different communities relate to this magnificent drink.
We were honored with the opportunity to score this film. Our own Brian Hall wrote the soundtrack and we couldn’t be more excited to show this collaboration to the world.
