These 5 Super Bowl Ads Turned Our Heads

Sunday’s Super Bowl LVII featured a star-studded lineup of some of the industry’s best commercials. Ads this year leaned heavily on celebrity endorsements, featuring top talent like Serena Williams, Steve Martin, Doja Cat, Ben Affleck, and more.

With ad slots priced at up to $7M for a 30-second segment (not including production), brands used these coveted slots to showcase their best work. Check out some of our favorites below (hint: Marmoset songs appear in a few!)

Alaska Airlines- French Tuck with Tan France

Queer Eye fashion icon Tan France applies his famous “french tuck” in a new way in this ad for Alaska Airlines’ credit card. We’re proud to say this spot features Marmoset-exclusive song “U Got Me Good (Instrumental)” by Mishell Ivon & Andrew Napoleon. We’re grateful for our friends at Mekanism who worked with us on this placement.

Pringles- Best of Us Longform

How common is it getting your hand stuck in a Pringles can? Really common, it turns out. Featuring Marmoset-exclusive song “iChocolate (Instrumental)” by Tomy Ge. Thank you to our friends at Tpwnhouse for working with us on this one!

Ollie- The Ollie Supper Bow

Okay okay, this one isn’t technically a Super Bowl ad. We couldn’t help but include Ollie’s Instagram campaign for dog food donations. Just look at those sweet pups! Featuring Marmoset-exclusive song “Like a Sparrow (with Oohs) (Instrumental)” by Parts and Service.

Dunkin’ ‘Drive-Thru’ Starring Ben

Ben Affleck’s enduring and outspoken love for Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is the kind of endorsement brands can only dream of. His stint working the drive thru at a Medford, MA Dunkin made a hilarious and charming ad that stood out among the rest, especially when J. Lo rolled up to the window.

Google #FixedOnPixel SB Commercial 2023

Amy Schumer, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Doja Cat learn they can erase exes, competitors, and other um, mistakes from otherwise great photos using a Google Pixel feature.
