Today, and Everyday, We’re Grateful For Our Marmoset Community

It’s no secret that this season brings its share of emotions. From the tension of election season to violence across the globe, to the challenges we face as communities and individuals, this moment in time feels heavy for many. Whatever you’re carrying – hope, anger, exhaustion, determination, or all of the above, we’re with you.

We’re choosing to ground ourselves in gratitude. We’re grateful for our artists, clients, and community partners who inspire us every day. We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue creating meaningful impact. Most of all, we’re grateful for the moments where we see our collective efforts come to life, proving that even in challenging times, creativity and purpose can drive real change.

We’re staying rooted in our mission as ever: uplifting artists, advocating for equity within our industry, and building community. Here’s how:

  • We’re supporting artists in tangible ways. Every music license we place uplifts the artists on our roster, putting money into the pockets of hardworking blue collar musicians.
  • We’re reinvesting in our shared community. Through our commitment to give 10% of our profits to local organizations and our hands-on volunteering efforts, we’re working alongside those making a difference.
  • We’re leading by example in the workplace and beyond. Our Annual Transparency Report invites curiosity and dialogue around equity and ethical practices in the music industry.

One recent project that fills us with gratitude was with Ground Media for GLAAD on a PSA campaign titled Here We Are: A Groundbreaking Project for Trans Equality. This wasn’t just a creative win – it resulted in real, measurable impact in fostering greater support for trans equality. Marmoset’s music helped amplify a critical message of inclusion, and we’re proud to have been part of that moment. You can read more about it here.

Our gratitude extends to the fact that we’re still the only Certified B Corp in the music licensing industry. This distinction isn’t just a title – it’s a reflection of our values. Being a B Corp means we prioritize community impact over profit, invest in meaningful partnerships, and use business as a force for good.

As an independent, purpose-driven company, we’re small but mighty. We’re not here to answer to investors or chase short-term gains. Instead, we measure our success by the positive impact we make – through the artists we support, the partnerships we forge, and the change we help create in our community.

Thank you for being part of our community. Your support fuels our mission and reminds us why we keep showing up. No matter what challenges the future holds, we’re still here by your side, working together towards a better world.
