Marmoset’s Fresh New Releases


As a community of artists, bands and labels, you don’t have to search too hard to discover some cool projects happening in our circle. Whether it’s our artists’ music licensing as the best trailer music for upcoming films, or landing a music placement for a commercial featuring the Fab Five’s Tan France — it’s all gold. We’ve made a list of some of new sync licensing projects and music videos featuring music found on our roster. Dig in below!

MUSIC VIDEO

Released on Valentines Day, MUNNYCAT presents their “MILLIONAIRE (jz + bncé)” music video to fans. Directed by Paul Sauline, the warm hued scene is surreally dreamlike, the camera floating around the LA-based duo as they explore a secluded piece of urban meets rural landscape. MUSIC VIDEO

Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Ani Cordero presents her “Taza De Cafe” music video, showcased on Billboard’s Viva Friday Playlist last week. Off her third solo album El Machete, the song’s video was filmed in Puerto Rico and directed by Pati Cruz. Melancholic and sincere, the visuals tell the story of first encounters and relationships.

SYNC LICENSING

Fleece Panther’s “Feel Tha Groove” lands in EyeBuyDirect’s newest campaign. Launching their partnership and collaboration with Tan France, the video introduces a new line of frames all about inclusivity. Fleece Panther adds to the confident swagger as Tan guides clients to find the right kind of frames for their new looks. Hear some of Tan’s styling tips in their video below.

SYNC LICENSING

Restaurant company Golden Corral gets playful with their latest campaign that’s all about matching the right kind of food for the right kind of appetite. Featuring a vintage gem from Marmoset’s roster, the video plays “Diff’rent Strokes for Diff’rent Folks” by Alvin Cash. Light and bright, this campaign is pure fun. Check it out below.
